§1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions of terms
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(2) In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the contract is concluded with

§3 Shipping
Please note that we are an industrial manufacturer - it is an honor for us to serve you and we love to provide our products to private individuals directly, too. However, our production is scheduled up to a year in advance, and we merely squeeze in private individual orders. We ask for your understanding if things are a little slower than today's "NOW society", and we thank you for your support !
(1) If we have not clearly stated in the product description, all products offered by us can be shipped immediately. Delivery is usually within 14 working days. Please note that all payments are due immediately with placing the order.
(2) Boxspring beds and headboards are custom made to order. The complete process can easily take 8-12 weeks plus shipping time. As these products are made to order, the order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed, and beds cannot be returned.
(3) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration may delay delivery but does not alter the validity of the contract.
§4 Returns
Your happiness is our highest priority. Regrettably, given the personal/sanitary nature of these products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been shipped unless the product is faulty or defective. Once any bedding leaves our facility we cannot restock/resell the item. Because of the nature of this product, we can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. These returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
